They were very responsive, did some amazing photoshop-fu with the picture I sent to make it even better, and delivered the pillow before Christmas, which was really impressive given the order time. Shipping was really great coming from China to the US. I expected it to take much longer based on other experiences but it was only around 5 weeks from order to arrival and once it shipped it was just over a week.     I got this as a gift and got express shipping and it came 2 days earlier than the expected arrival date. Quality is pretty good I haven’t really tested it but the seller was very quick at responding and helpful. The pillowcase looks great and the picture quality is really good for a sequin pillow. I’m not sure about regular shipping which could take a really long time but the express shipping was worth it for a gift.

    The customization was great, and I got the two photos I wanted. This was a gift that involved the second photo being a kind of reveal, I wish I had thought to ask or had been given the option of which direction revealed which image. The reveal required an awkward upstroke.

    As mentioned, lighter images will do much better. Both photos were darker and there were lots of white specks across either image from off-centered sequin printing.

    Overall, a fun gift idea that the receiver loved.
