Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
Defective Products
Products that arrive damaged, defective, or with manufacturing errors.
Production Errors
When we make an error in producing your custom design or specifications.
Wrong Item
If you receive a completely different product than what you ordered.
Return Process
Contact Us
Email us at returns@sequinswag.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
Get Authorization
We'll review your case and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
Ship Back
Package the item securely and ship it back using the provided return label (for eligible returns).
Get Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Full Refunds
- Defective or damaged products
- Production errors on our part
- Wrong items shipped
- Significant quality issues
Replacements
- Minor printing imperfections
- Color variations from screen display
- Size issues (if within tolerance)
- Customer preference changes
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom products with customer-provided designs (unless defective)
- Products damaged by normal wear and tear
- Items returned without Return Authorization (RA) number
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Custom duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase due to a quality issue, we'll work with you to make it right through replacement or refund.
