Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of SequinSwag materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on SequinSwag's website
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Product Orders

When you place an order with SequinSwag:

• You are making an offer to purchase the products at the listed price
• We reserve the right to accept or decline your order
• Payment must be received before production begins
• Custom products are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless defective
• Production typically takes 3-5 business days

Custom Design Content

When uploading images or content for custom products:

• You must own the rights to all uploaded content
• Content must not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
• Content must not be offensive, illegal, or inappropriate
• We reserve the right to refuse orders with inappropriate content
• You grant us permission to use your designs solely for producing your ordered products

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Sales tax will be added where applicable. International orders may be subject to customs duties.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are limited to cases where:

• The product arrives damaged or defective
• We made an error in production
• The product significantly differs from what was ordered
