What are the available payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer 2 shipping speeds: standard shipping (5-10 business days) or express shipping (3-5 business days). Shipping cost will be calculated based on the customer’s shipping address and items they ordered.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

The estimated delivery time depends on your location. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take between 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I change my order’s shipping address?

Yes. Check your (My Account/ Orders/ Processing Tab) for the order number if it hasn’t shipped yet. Search using the client name or order number. To change the shipping address, click Details. You will be prompted to get in touch with the support team if there is a revised shipping charge.

Can I change my shipping information once my order has been shipped?

When they have been scheduled for shipping, orders cannot be pulled or withdrawn from shipment. The shipping carrier and other details cannot be updated.

How many days does it take for bulk orders to be shipped?

Depending on the product and size of the order, bulk orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship. 

How do I design a Product?

Use our online built-in design tool to help design your custom sequin item. If you need assistance, reach out to us in the chat or by email and we will design for you. 

Can I save my design files to use for future orders?

All design files are saved to a user’s personal account and can be reused for future orders.

Why do my designs look grainy?

Low-quality images will not print well on sequin. For picture verification, please contact our support.
