I had to send 2 differnt inquiries into my item as the tracking into made little sense and I only received a response after I received my item.     I was thrilled to find this website and create a special pillow for a special graduate. The communication and updates were very helpful, and shipping was prompt. My only concern was the color quality of the photo. Our dog photo seemed to have a yellowish tint although it appeared true-to-color in the proof on-screen. All things considered, the pillow will still make a wonderful gift!
